Bhatiserve Technologies Pvt Ltd provides customized software development, IT consulting, and digital solutions. All services are tailored to client-specific requirements and involve resource allocation, planning, and execution from the start of the project.
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital and custom software services, all payments made to Bhatiserve Technologies Pvt Ltd are non-refundable. Once a project is initiated, resources are committed and costs are incurred that cannot be reversed.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, including:
- Duplicate or excess payment made by mistake
- Billing errors attributable to our system
4. Project Cancellation
If a client chooses to cancel a project after initiation:
- No refund will be provided for work already completed
- Any pending payments for completed milestones must be cleared
5. Service Commitment
We are committed to delivering quality services as per agreed scope and timelines. In case of concerns, we encourage clients to communicate with our team for resolution.
6. Processing of Eligible Refunds
If a refund is approved under exceptional cases, it will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
